Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) was founded to stop the influx of illegal immigration into the Untied States. One of the major problems when it comes to illegal immigration or rightly worded illegal aliens is the refusal of our elected leadership in Washington DC to enforce current immigration laws.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) has fought to not only ensure that our immigration laws are enforced, but to ensure that any type of so called immigration reform is not a concealed amnesty for the illegal aliens who have already entered our country.
William Gheen and the diverse members of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC have fought hard to stop the criminal activity of the illegals against Americans and to ensure that employer sanctions are enforced against those who hire the illegals.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) supporters have a diverse range of opinions, yet we are united in the belief that more should be done to reduce illegal immigration.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) supports those who legally immigrate, but we DO NOT support any amnesty, visa expansion, or "Guest Worker" program designed to reward illegal aliens or legalize their presence in the US.
America is a land of generous and caring people, but our hospitality and values are being strained and abused by those who are willing to break the law and take our jobs and our tax dollars.
America's illegal alien population will begin to shrink instead of grow if we support candidates that will reflect the will of the vast majority of American citizens.
FOUR POINT PLATFORM: "Simply enforce our existing immigration laws!"
- Secure Our Borders
- Crack down on employers that intentionally hire illegal aliens
- Remove incentives and rewards to illegals such as licenses, welfare, and other taxpayer benefits
- Enforce our existing laws and deport illegal aliens when convicted of crimes or detected during routine law enforcement activities
Many ALIPAC supporters also believe
- Congress should make English the official language of America!
- State and Local police should help enforce immigration laws!
- We firmly oppose any Guest Worker / Temporary Worker Program which is disguised AMNESTY legislation.
- Legal and law abiding Americans should not be subjected to privacy invading technologies or national ID.

William Gheen is the President of ALI-PAC and manages all operations and activities.
William is a veteran campaign consultant and North Carolina native with over 10 years of experience in fund raising, marketing, research, campaign management and event coordination. He has an undergraduate degree in political science from East Carolina University, has served in several leadership positions, and has experience working with over 40 campaigns for public office.
William Gheen is known for creating new voter outreach methods and exploring new techniques in the realm of Internet marketing and donor list creation.
He has served as a member of the North Carolina Senate Sgt. At Arms staff in 1997 and 2003 and as a Legislative Assistant in the NC General Assembly. Mr. Gheen serves as registered lobbyist in North Carolina for 2006 and 2007 and has helped pass several laws addressing illegal immigration while maintaining the national operations of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.)
